The Service provides a web interface enabling users to create and manage on-chain profiles using the Intuition protocol deployed on the Intuition Mainnet blockchain network.
The Service may allow users to:
- Connect a cryptocurrency wallet
- Authenticate using third-party services
- Create or manage on-chain profile data
- Interact with blockchain-based systems.
The Company operates the interface only.
2. Separation Between Interface and Protocol
The Service provides access to a decentralized blockchain protocol known as Intuition.
The Company:
- Does not control the protocol
- Does not operate the blockchain network
- Cannot modify smart contracts
- Cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
The protocol operates independently from the Company.
3. Non-Custodial Service
The Service is non-custodial.
The Company:
- Does not store private keys
- Does not control user wallets
- Does not hold digital assets on behalf of users.
Users remain fully responsible for the security of their wallets and digital assets.
4. Wallet Use
Certain features require connecting a cryptocurrency wallet.
By connecting a wallet you acknowledge that:
- Blockchain transactions are executed directly from your wallet
- You are responsible for any transaction initiated
- The Company cannot access or control your wallet.
5. On-Chain Profiles
The Service enables the creation of profiles stored on the blockchain using the Intuition protocol.
You acknowledge that:
- Blockchain data may be publicly visible
- Blockchain records are permanent
- Such data cannot be removed once published.
6. User-Generated On-Chain Content
Users are solely responsible for any information or data they publish through the Service or record on the blockchain.
This includes:
- Profile data
- Identity information
- Metadata or other content associated with a blockchain profile.
The Company does not verify or guarantee the accuracy or legality of user-generated blockchain data.
7. Identity and Profile Responsibility
Profiles created through the Service may represent individuals, pseudonymous identities, organizations, or other entities.
Users acknowledge that:
- Identity information published on-chain may be visible to the public
- Incorrect or misleading identity information may cause harm
- The Company does not validate identity claims made through on-chain profiles.
Users remain fully responsible for any identity information they publish.
8. Identity Disclaimer
The Service allows users to create blockchain-based profiles that may reference individuals, pseudonymous identities, organizations, or other entities. The Company does not verify the identity of users creating such profiles and does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or legitimacy of identity-related information recorded through the Service. Profiles created through the Service do not constitute verified identities unless explicitly indicated by independent verification mechanisms.
9. User Responsibility for On-Chain Data
Responsibility for Published Data
Users are solely responsible for any information, data, or content they record on the blockchain through the Service.
Users agree not to create or publish profiles that:
- Impersonate another person
- Contain defamatory information
- Violate privacy rights
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Violate applicable laws.
The Company does not review, approve, or moderate all information recorded on the blockchain through the Service.
10. No Control Over Blockchain Records
Immutable Blockchain Records
Information recorded on blockchain networks may be permanent and immutable. The Company cannot modify, remove, or alter data recorded on the blockchain once it has been published. Users acknowledge that the Company may be technically unable to remove or correct blockchain data.
11. Right to Restrict Interface Access

While the Company cannot alter blockchain data, it reserves the right to:
- Restrict access to the website interface
- Limit the visibility of certain content within the interface
- Suspend users who misuse the Service.
These actions apply only to the interface operated by the Company and do not affect blockchain data.

- Contains unlawful content
- Violates your rights

The Intuition protocol may evolve over time through governance mechanisms or protocol upgrades.
Such changes may include:
- Smart contract upgrades
- Protocol modifications
- Governance decisions made by the community or protocol maintainers.
The Company does not control these changes and cannot guarantee the continued availability or behavior of the protocol.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers including:
- Authentication providers (such as Privy)
- Blockchain networks
- Wallet providers.
The Company is not responsible for these services.
15. Blockchain and Smart Contract Risks
Interactions with blockchain systems involve risks including:
- Smart contract vulnerabilities
- Blockchain network failures
- Irreversible transactions
- Loss of digital assets.
You assume all risks related to blockchain usage.
16. No Financial Advice
The Service provides tools and information only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Absence of errors
- Accuracy of blockchain data.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Loss of digital assets
- Blockchain transaction failures
- Smart contract vulnerabilities
- Third-party service failures
- Indirect or consequential damages.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
20. Dispute Resolution
Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the Company.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
